Select whether you’d like to sign up for a personal or business account, then click on the “Get started” or “Continue” button. The wording of these buttons may vary depending on your region.
Choose the country/region from which you are registering from the list provided, then tap on the “Get started” button again.
Enter your mobile number in order to have an SMS verification code sent to verify your account. Then click on the “Next” button.
After verifying your phone number, there are more steps to take before you can start using your PayPal account. You’ll receive an automated text or SMS with a six digit number.
Open up your mobile phone’s messaging app and copy and paste this verification code into the box provided, then type it in again to confirm it is correct and complete phone number verification for Paypal.

After verifying via text message, put your personal information is required, including full name plus password, before pressing the Next button.
The next step requires adding in the current residential address, such as house number, street name, etc, along with city state zip code. The verification process can only continue stringently after accurately filling out all relevant information.
Fill in debit/credit card details, including card numbers and expiry dates, along with 3-digit security codes located back side of the cards. All essential details must be inputted thoroughly, ensuring no incorrect information is given, preventing you from signing up successfully.
